We run a structured RCFA — evidence review, event chronology and cause mapping with techniques such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa (fishbone) and fault-tree analysis — to reach defensible findings, corrective actions and practical prevention measures.

Procedures, ITPs & Work Packs

We develop execution deliverables, including installation and commissioning procedures, method statements, ITPs, check sheets and work packs to streamline and optimize field execution and turnover.

Site surveys, package audits and readiness assessments to identify constraints, documentation gaps, field risks and closeout actions.

Equipment Preservation

Rotating equipment can sit exposed on site for months before start-up, and without preservation the integrity of bearings, seals and internal surfaces is at serious risk. We integrate your site-specific and Vendor/OEM requirements with industry best practices and our own preservation program to ensure the integrity of your rotating machinery.
